Woodcreek is a townhome complex in beautiful Boulder Colorado. We're comprised of 79 units within 15 structures with 2 acres of private park-like greenspace with mature trees. As residents, we come from all walks of life from all over the world in all ages. The name is Woodcreek, one-word; it's silly, but that's just what it is.

Woodcreek was built over several phases between 1977 and 1981, only a few years after Boulder adopted the Danish Plan, limiting outward growth. At the time, Woodcreek was on the edge of town, but today it is centrally located:

• 2 miles from Pearl Street

• 3 miles from the Mountains

• 1 mile from 29th St Mall

• .5 miles from both Foothills Highway and Diagonal Highway

The Woodcreek board of directors is comprised of 5 homeowners serving 2 year terms. The board considers it a top priority to remain fiscally solvent regarding standard operating expenses and preventative maintenance and to retain sufficient reserve funding for large capital improvement projects such as:
